Engineered oak Herringbone floor

For this project the client wanted to bring new life to their dining room and replace the old carpets with a wow factor floor that would transform the room into something more spacious and elegant.

We started by first preparing the subfloor with primer before applying latex screed to ensure a flat solid surface, leaving 24 hours for the latex to properly dry before coming back to start laying the floor. We used D3 flooring grade PVA to glue the tongue and grooves.
